- For items that have nominee/beneficiary like EPF & insurance, do i still need to put this into will? And if I really do include them in the will, which will prevail/ take effect?
- Is there a non-fuss way/ online to will writing?
Hi Wai Yen welcome to AskCF
- Yes because you put 2nd level beneficiaries in the event the 1st level nomination fails, but it won't overwrite your 1st level.
- define what are the things you found out to be 'fuss' for you?
1. Thanks. That’s clear.
2. For example things that can’t be done online, like going to some office for stamping, requiring witness, or even requiring some official/proven/stamped hardcopy documents. My expectation will be something that can be done fully online, even the documents etc if that’s possible.
Will is pretty much like your S&P for house purchase. They are traditional legal documents that needs to be signed in hardcopy, in person, MCO or not.
No electronic copy or signature possible so far afawk. The day when will can be done 'fully online' are the day when your S&P & loan documents also can be signed 'fully online' :)

Got it.
Any recommendation where I can get this done, and much it will costs?
usually when clients approached us for wil-writing, we'll engage Rockwills for them because it specializes in this area of services.
I see. In this case, I will be working directly with Rockwills for will writing right? And not with askcf as an intermediate correct?
