Can I know which company of the medical card suitable for my mom who is today 65 years old as described in your video? The one with 20k deductible

Dennis, this is from HLA. 
However, HLA has since revised the medical card from version II to version III, with better coverage and costs.
The gist of keeping the premium affordable for a 60+ person is the health condition of the person (your mother) and how high of a deductible level you choose.
